Freeze, Ronald "Ronnie" -
Manchester - A private family ceremony for Mr. Ronald “Ronnie” Freeze, age 68 of Manchester, will be conducted on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Brother Foy Rigney and Brother Paul Sullivan officiating. Family and friends are welcome to join at Shady Grove Cemetery for graveside services at 3:00 P.M. Mr. Freeze passed from this life at his home on Friday, March 20, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.
Ronnie was the youngest of 9 children and he grew up in the New Union Community. Ronnie had an amazing heart for others, and was always quick with a joke or his quiet humor to help a situation. Ronnie loved his family with his whole being, especially his grandsons. They were his world.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Naomi Cooper Freeze and Harley Eugene Freeze; brother, Eugene Freeze; sister, Barbara Bruce; his in-laws, Ralph and Hazel Qualls; son, Ronald Gregory Freeze.
Ronnie leaves behind his wonderful wife of 49 years, Dorothy Mae Qualls Freeze; his lovings daughters, Rhonda Michelle (Joey) Vaughn, Melissa Dawn (Willie) Martin; grandsons, Silas Wayne Vaughn, Sawyer Blayne Vaughn, Thomas Pryce Martin, Justin Ronald Martin; siblings, Billy (Patricia) Freeze, Doug (Jeanie) Freeze, Boyd Freeze, Ray (Bobbie) Freeze, Donnie (Kathy) Freeze; sister, Fay (Howard) Leonard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lumley Stand Church of Christ, 486 Charlie Crosslin Rd., Manchester, TN 37355.
