Manchester - Funeral services for Roanna J. Russ Waggoner, age 39 of Manchester, will be conducted Tuesday morning, November 10, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. Roanna passed away Saturday, November 7, 2009.
Roanna J. Russ Waggoner was born January 22, 1970 in Chicago Heights, IL to James and Beverly Russ. She worked as a home health nurse for 10 years and also worked for United Regional Medical Center and the Medical Center of Manchester. In addition to her parents James and Beverly Russ, she is also survived by former husband, Dennis Waggoner of Manchester; daughter, Brooke Russ of Tullahoma; sons, Andrew and Alex Waggoner of Manchester; brother, Ron Russ and Karen Page; two nephews, Jeffery Russ and Rachel Robison, Jason Russ; two great nephews, Jordan Robison and Taylor Russ; one great niece, Allison Russ; and Teresea Russ, all of Manchester.
