Manchester - Mr. John David Harris, age 74 of Manchester, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011 at the Medical Center of Manchester. No services are planned at this time.
Mr. Harris was born in Grundy County to the late James Oliver and Lizzy Elizabeth Perry Harris on September 14, 1936. In earlier years he worked as a logger and attended the First Methodist Church in Tracy City.
In addition to his parents, she is also preceded in death by one brother, James Edward “Boo” Harris; sisters, Oline Perry and Leana Harris.
His survivors include sister, Sadie (James) Kelly of Manchester; nephews, Robin Ingle of FL, Ronald Ingle of Sewanee; Roger Ingle of Manchester; Michael Kelly of FL; and one niece, Vickie Ingle of Manchester.
