Leslie Harrell

Manchester - Funeral services for Mr. Leslie “Bud” Harrell, age 88 of Manchester will be conducted Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Brother Jason Skipper officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Sunday from 12:00 Noon until time of services. Mr. Harrell passed away Thursday, January 19, 2012 in Manchester. He was born February 9, 1923 in Rutherford County, TN the son of the late T.C. Harrell and Annie Pearl Brown Harrell. Mr. Harrell was well known in the Manchester community as owner and operator of “Bud’s Café” which he operated for over 20 years. In earlier years he enjoyed fishing. He was a United States Army veteran having served during World War II. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Annabelle McCormick Harrell.Survivors include three sons, David G. Harmon and wife, Susie; William “Bill” M. Harmon and wife, Donna; and James D. Harmon all of Manchester; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving are five brothers, T.C. Harrell, John Harrell, Charles Harrell, Clifton Harrell and Dick Harrell; four sisters, Della Cooper, Elizabeth Kennedy, Louise Vandergriff and Lorene Rackley.Coffee County Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the family of Leslie “Bud” Harrell.
