Schmitt, Robert George -
Beechgrove - Robert (Bob) George Schmitt, 66, of Beechgrove, TN, formally a resident of East Eden, NY passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. He was a loving husband to Lorraine of 44 years, and loving father to three children; Michele Brown (Timmy); Kevin (Jennifer); and Tina Cousino (Paul). He is also survived by his grandson, Dylan.
He was a United States Marine Corp. Veteran from 1966-68 of the Vietnam War. Bob retired from Cason’s Transport in 2009 from Smyrna, TN. He loved family gatherings and treasured the simple things in life, especially boating and fishing at the lakes. He will never be forgotten and loved by us he left behind. May he forever be in peace.

Memorial service is being held in his home town on March 20th, 10am - St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 8175 East Eden Rd, Eden, NY 14057
Catholic mass is being offered for Bob on Monday, March 31st at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Murfreesboro, TN at 6 p.m.
