Fagg, Mrs. Imogene Clanton -
Manchester - Funeral services for Ms. Imogene Clanton Fagg, age 79 of Manchester, will be conducted Tuesday morning, January 27, 2009 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Mark Barron officiating services. Burial to follow in New Reddens Cemetery. Visitation with the Fagg family will be Monday evening, January 26 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Ms. Fagg passed away Sunday morning from a hard battle with cancer at the Medical Center of Manchester. Imogene Clanton Fagg was born December 7, 1929 in Bedford County, TN to the late Caleb and Elise Young Clanton. Imogene worked for KFC as the buffet manager until March of 2008 and she was a member of the Manchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Arnold and Joyce Smith, formerly of Shelbyville. Her survivors include one son, Caleb Reynolds of Manchester; one daughter, Barbara (Charles) Wright of Manchester; three sisters, Mildred Bobo, Ruth Snell, and Elaine Chambers, all of Shelbyville; three grandchildren, Charles Wright II, Carrie (John) McInturff, both of Manchester, Brad Wright of Cookeville; two great-grandchildren, Ethan Wright and Keira McInturff, both of Manchester; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society. COFFEE COUNTY FUNERAL CHAPEL IN CHARGE OF ARRANGEMENTS.
