Hillsboro - Mrs. Robbie Kay Payne, age 61, a recent resident of Hillsboro, TN passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011. She was born October 14, 1949 in Indiana, the daughter of the late William Ford and Wilma Ross Ford. Survivors include a son, Curtis Sumner of Virginia Beach, Virginia; daughter, Angie Sumner of Peveley, Missouri and a step-son, Herbie Payne, Jr., of Roseville, Michigan; four grandchildren, Leeana Sumner and Curtis Sumner, Jr., and Tyler and Nathan Payne. Also surviving is a loving sister-in-law, Sharon L. Vaughn of Hillsboro, TN. No services are planned at this time.
