Manchester - Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Juanita Payne, age 71, of Manchester will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 18, 2018, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Mill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, August 17, 2018, at the funeral home. Mrs. Payne passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at her residence.
Linda was born in Carthage, TN to the late John and Jean Givens. As a caregiver, Linda’s number one priority was always taking care of others. She also loved flowers, her dogs, and spending time with her family. She is a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.
Linda is survived by her two sons, Robert (Leslie) and James (Kim) Ray; five brothers, Charles (kay), Jerome, Donnie (Paula), Robert, and Frank (Tonya) Givens; one sister, Susan (Richard) Sain; seven grandchildren, John Patrick, Robert Tyler, Hunter Edward, Logan Fisher, Emily Grace, James Fisher, and Mary Olivia Ray; five great-grandchildren; one very special friend, Paul Allen; and several nieces and nephews.
